Any jobs that have been approved or “sent to press” cannot be altered or changed due to the automated process that results from the “send to press” action. If a request is made for a job change before the digital proof is approved, including, but not limited to, turn around time, quantity, shipping method, etc, a change order fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the refund.
Turn Around/Production Times
All turn around times are based on business days Monday through Friday and exclude all national holidays. Printing turnaround time starts when your order is submitted and approved. Please note that if your artwork or design files fail to meet our file requirements, your job status will be changed to "Need Artwork" and your printing turn around time will be reset. All jobs submitted into production before midnight will begin production the following business day. As an example, if a 24 hour turn around for a job is submitted, approved, and sent to press on a Monday before Midnight, Day 1 of turn around time is Tuesday and the job would be ready to collect late Tuesday, Day 2 of turn around time.
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your printed products, we will replace your order, with the following terms and conditions:
* Customer must notify Express-online within one business day of order acceptance to report any defects discovered in the ordered product.
* 100% of the product must be returned to Express-online within 5 days from the day the job was delivered.
* Full replacement guarantee does not apply to shipping claims.
* We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at your cost, before reprinting your order.
* This guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order and quantity of that order. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
* This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims.
You may cancel your order anytime prior to approving your proof, after which all sales are final. No refund will be issued after the job is “sent to press”. A service fee of $15 will be charged for any cancelled orders once the artwork has been uploaded to the site, approved, processed, and sent to press. In the event the claim is approved by Express-online, a reprint at no cost will be shipped to the customer via the original paid shipping method.
Marketing Promotions and Discount Codes
Please note that all prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Check the Express-online website for an updated online advertised price. Qualifying purchases should be placed online along with the applicable code and must be paid in full before the promotion expiration. Offers are not valid for previous purchases. Non-shipping related promotions apply to printing charge only; custom quotes, mailing postage, shipping charges and sales tax, etc. is excluded from offer discounts. Shipping promotion is limited to packages shipped within New Zealand.
Each Express-online job is dispatched via NZ Couriers. Once a package has been dispatched, Express-online will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed; unforeseen delays may result in additional transit time. No refund of shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped.
Transfer of Title
Customer agrees that the dispatch terms for all printed products are transferred to the customer upon dispatch. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer, or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the product is available for downloading from the website.

THE EXPRESS-ONLINE.CO.NZ WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESS-ONLINE.CO.NZ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THIS WEBSITE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Express-online, its affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of customers use of the website, the violation of this agreement, or infringement by customer, or other user of the website using the customer’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
Modifications and Interruption to Service
Express-online.co.nz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the website with or without notice to the customer. Express-online will not be liable to the customer or any third party should Express-online exercise its right to modify or discontinue the website. Customer acknowledges and accepts that express-online.co.nz does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website, as operation of the website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
Express-online reserves the right to assign portions or entire jobs to outside vendors if it determines in its sole discretion.
Express-online reserves the right to promote artwork designed by our staff and/or materials produced through our website.
Compliance with Laws
Customer assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Customer may not use the service in any way that violates applicable national or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Customer further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
